Terra P’s services can be accessed through simplified procurement that includes sole-source and set-aside contracts. Particularly:

8(a) sole-source contracts of up to $3.5M value (per 13 CFR 124.506). Set-aside contracts for 8(a) and small businesses of up to $7M contract value. We are interested in ‘sources sought’ information about 8(a) and small business set-asides under NAICs 541611, 541618, 541720, 541930, 611430, 611710,  and related industry and service codes. We respond to calls for advanced expertise in social research, practice, and change management. The formats in which Terra P Group provides its professional services include consulting, surveys, training, and program management support.

MOBIS contract pending: SINs 874.1, 874.3, 874.4 and 874.7. According to GSA rules, we are immediately eligible for MOBIS-based contracting. A contracting agency is expected to notify our GSA Contract Specialist (please, contact us for his name, telephone number and e-mail) of the intent to procure Terra P’s services, and MOBIS contract will be expedited.
